About Laura

Laura is a skilled Soft Tissue Therapist, Personal trainer and Yoga teacher. Since completing her Soft Tissue Therapy training at the London School of Sports Massage in 2013, she has worked in private clinics across Surrey, supporting a diverse range of clients, including those with general aches and pains, injuries, athletes and pregnant women. Laura uses various well proven techniques to alleviate pain, release tension, and enhance posture and mobility.

With over fifteen years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Laura offers in-home training and ongoing support tailored to each client’s needs. She integrates expertise from multiple disciplines to help client move better, prevent injuries and achieve long-term wellness.

Laura is passionate about fitness and has competed at National level achieving many accolades in her chosen sports such as distance running, triathlon, cycling time trials, and rowing. Her holistic approach blends her deep understanding of movement with therapeutic care, offering personalized treatments that restore balance and alignment.
