Soft Tissue Therapy is designed to address specific musculoskeletal issues using a range of hands-on techniques that systematically target muscles, tendons and fascia to relieve pain and promote healing.
The treatment aims to restore functional movement and encourage positive postural changes. By improving muscle tone, symmetry and balance helping to realigning the soft tissue to support optimal joint positioning.
Each session is tailored to your individual symptoms and needs. I combine clinical assessment, advanced soft tissue techniques and prescribed exercises to deliver the most effective care.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Each 60-minute appointment includes the following steps:
Initial Consultation: We’ll begin by discussing your current concerns, symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors that may influence your condition. This is also an opportunity to talk about your goals and expectations. Your consent will be requested before any treatment begins.
Physical Assessment: I will assess your posture, range of motion, and may perform muscle testing to identify any functional imbalances or restrictions.
Hands-On Therapy: Treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and may include massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, or other targeted techniques. Some methods may involve your active participation, and your feedback is encouraged throughout.
Retesting: After treatment: We’ll reassess to identify any changes and improvements.
Advice & Aftercare: You’ll receive personalized recommendations, which may include remedial exercises, stretches, or lifestyle tips to help support your recovery between sessions.
