Soft Tissue Therapy

What is Soft Tissue Therapy?

Soft Tissue Therapy is designed to address specific musculoskeletal issues using a range of hands-on techniques that systematically target muscles, tendons and fascia to relieve pain and promote healing.

The treatment aims to restore functional movement and encourage positive postural changes. By improving muscle tone, symmetry and balance helping to realigning the soft tissue to support optimal joint positioning.

  • Working with Laura has been fantastic in helping me manage old injuries so that I can enjoy keeping fit. The combination of her knowledge and practical support approach is very motivational and really helps me understand how to get the best out of training and reach my personal goals. She’s also a great listener which means that massage work always pinpoints exactly whats needed to get me training again. Recommend her highly.

  • I met Laura when I was in serious pain with my shoulder and back, that kept me awake night after night. After few sessions of professionally targeted massage, the pain was reduced to minimum and I was fully functional. Laura, also, helped me a lot with changing my fitness and nutritional routine for which I am hugely appreciative. From being absolute non-runner, now I can manage every weekend to do 2-3 miles of cross country run! Thank you Laura!

  • I found that with previous massages to combat tension in my back I would end up feeling a lot worse afterwards, as though a can of worms had been opened up! I almost thought it wasn’t worth having the massage in the first place. However, Laura’s techniques seem to get to the heart of the problem, and leave my back feeling much healthier and stronger.

  • I love having a sports massage with Laura. She is professional and friendly. Unlike other sports massages I have had, Laura is very knowledgable and has an attention to detail - I leave feeling less tense, more mobile and in less pain. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.
